The first session for initial discussion was pretty good and after the second round suddenly a message pops up that currently, we will hire candidates from US Region only. The Shopify claims to be fully remote but after the interview process, it mentions that no its location-based. If this was the reason why did you go ahead with the resume and start. Also wanted to know my goals and what I wanted to do next along with my growth at Shopify. Overall i thought the questions wee great because i thought it really definitely gets you thinking in a different way and lets them see you under a different light.
