The initial and only interview was an online informal video chat. Meant to filter out candidates for suitability for further interviews. The job title was "broadcast producer" but it was actually an internal role to make a video newsletter once a week for employees. Bit misleading and I couldn't disguise my surprise for a role that was less than advertised. I didn't hear back from them but I didn't follow up or thank my interviewer - so not surprised.
