It was a long process. You must be prepared as you will be asked a lot of questions about your experience and why you want to join that specific team for that specific role’s. I only got through the first few steps. Recruiter was pleasant and communicated steps along the way.

One on One process. They ask you to go to their offices and have a "casual" chat with them. It's a smiley "prove yourself to us" conversation rather than discussing what the role requires and getting down to the basics of how one might satisfy those requirements
