Shopify Learning Designer interview questions

- Initial 30 min interview with hiring manager - 1 hour life story interview with recruiter - Scenario-based assignment - 1.5 hours (30 min each) with 3 team members, 1 hour assignment presentation/interview with hiring manager. After the final round of interviews, I followed up with the recruiter on the time frame. She responded that candidates would be notified by COB that day. I never received any communication, so I followed up. No response, and it's now 4 weeks later. Up until the end, the scheduling and communication had been easy and prompt. I was really impressed with their process. So, to receive no response about the outcome, especially after the time and effort I spent with the assignment and interviews, was incredibly disappointing. I've seen other roles posted at Shopify that have interested me, but I'm not going to apply because I don't want to go through that again.
