They'll ask you about your experience and test you on basic drink recipes. You need to keep coming back in and calling them to get your interveiws. Don't wait for them to call you.

Management appears to not know how to interview. I was asked maybe three questions and the manager did not seem to be paying attention to the interview. Their decision was made before they sat down.
