Long winded, poor communication and rushed interviews. The recruitment team seem to be overstretched, which means they take a long time to tell you anything. The main interview was rushed, and the interviewee gave feedback that didn't match the answers I gave in the interview.
The whole process reflects badly on what is a good company, based on the experience I received I would have turned down the offer if hadn't already accepted an offer elsewhere.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation where a customer didn't want to renew, but you managed to change their decision and get them to renew?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slack (San Francisco, CA) in July 2021
Interview
Probably the best interview process I have ever been through. They go through a detailed chronological review of your resume and then have you create a presentation where you present a few categories provided by the recruiter.

Question 1
They provided a sample data set and asked me to prioritize company renewals.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slack (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
The process consisted of: initial phone screen with the recruiter, second screen with hiring manager, onsite panel interview, onsite presentation to panel. It was well organized and the details were always clearly explained. Everyone, from the recruiter, to the recruiting coordinator and on to my eventual manager was also highly responsive.

Question 1
The questions were unique; I was asked to give a synopsis of my life journey, from college through the day I was in for the interview. I liked this because it made it very conversational and we had a few laughs along the way. I instantly felt like I would fit in to the culture here because we found out that we had a lot in common with each other.
