I applied online and a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. Then at the last minute, they had to reschedule it for the following week. When we did have the first phone screen it was pretty basic. We set up another phone screen this time with the hiring manager. This was also pretty basic and I could tell they didn't have much interviewing experience becuase they just read from a script and eventually ran out of questions. Then I was invited to an onsite. Again, more basic questions, nothing super techical. They seemed pretty unorganized becuase I was asked the same questions by multiple interviewers (or maybe thats part of some new hiring strategy). Overall the interview process was pretty bad.
