Easy phone call interview, post Covid is now an in person interview and maybe “shadowing” a hygienist for the day. Did not love shadowing. Also there are a lot of onboarding videos that you have to go in and watch the first week of hire.

The hiring and interview process was pretty quick and straightforward. I was contacted by the Regional Dental Hygienist recruiter via text in late January. I was scheduled to come in for an interview five days later and a few days later I received a job offer.

Interview
Pleasant and very informative process with an extremely nice regional manager. No trick questions, I felt as though the manager was genuinely trying to get to know me. I was offered the position on the spot.
