I applied online. I interviewed at Snapdeal (Gurgaon, Haryana) in June 2021
Interview
The initial interview was online, an MCQ followed by a coding question with time limit of half an hour. Had to combine different array intervals wherever they overlapped.
After passing that round, the second round was the technical interview. This is where things got funny.
It seems like they are still working in ancient tech. Only coding question given was to create polyfills for old browsers. In the age of Typescript and ES6. Do not let your skills decay by working in old tech. Other questions asked were mainly the rote interview questions for CSS and HTML.
I have a skillset of React, React Native and Node.js, yet zero relevant questions to modern application development were asked. Halfway through the interview I realised this is not somewhere I would like to be.
Would not suggest you to join, if you are looking to upskill yourself in modern app development.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Snapdeal (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process had 4 rounds.
First was an online test with MCQs (JS/html/css/react) and one DS question.
All other rounds were on VC and grilled me on all the relevant frontend topics e.g. JS, React, HTML, performance and some discussion on the kind of work I have done.
The process was smooth, your time se equally respected and there was no delay in any of the rounds.

Interview
Interview experience was good. The guy who took my interview is very knowledgeable. The question's asked were not that difficult but indirect. There was no direct screen test. However, few other interviewer was seem to be having more fun than actually conducting the interview.
