There are 3 rounds of interview process. If you passed through the screening process, you'll be called for an interview. Stage 1: Upon arrival you'll be asked to do some english test, some sort like TOEFL/ IELTS multiple choice questions that test your english on grammar and how you interpret a message. Then you'll have an interview with some seniors/leaders/coordinator of the school, some basic and common interview questions like your past experience, your background, etc. Stage 2: If you pass the first stage, you'll be called for a micro teaching (teaching a topic for 1 hour). Stage 3: If your performance is satisfactory, you'll be called for a second interview to talk about your salary and sign a contract.
