They call and ask if you can go to their orientation at a specified time. There's no actual interview questions. Must pass security officer exam to be able to wand at events. Staff is friendly and flexible. They take picture of you at orientation for your badge.
The interview is basically through online. You apply online and get an application that you need to submit. No resume or anything is required. Once you submit your files you are asked to do a two day training session. Here you are able to learn about your job description. Once you complete your training you are then able to start working.
