I was recommended by one senior staff. The hiring manager and one senior engineer interviewed me through a week later. Finally, I got the offer after in person interview after another week.

Had two interviews. Initial interview over the phone, and the second in person. Second interview included a couple of engineers and an office manager. They described the types of projects they work on and how my previous experience could add to those projects moving forward.
