Phone call from HR asking some prescreeners followed by a formal interview with the department head and one of the staff. I was on vacation (pre-COVID) and they were accommodating enough to do it through phone. The staff member was quite rude and commented on my previous experience working with batteries and stated he didn't think I was committed enough to work in oil and gas based on that.
