The interviewer was very calm and reassuring. He made himself very relatable and encouraged discussion on pertinent issues. The tone was set to make me feel comfortable and at ease.

It was a good process overall. The team is kind and enjoyed learning about my experience. They are honest and straight forward. They give good details about their benefits. They have strong passion in their work.

Interview
The interview process was great. They mostly asked questions about me, my work experience, what I am interested in, and what I am looking for in a job. Initially, I was reached out by a recruiter and then the second interview was with the structural department managers.
