Interview
Began with a standard interview, asking about strengths, projects and problems, how you solved those problems. Moved onto technical questions which were basic but you need to explain your reasoning. Ended with a discussion about projects staff are currently working on.

Although role was for bridges, focused mainly around geotechnics, options for retailing walls etc
Asked too many technical questions which were pretty basic like choosing materials for a particular building, moment diagram of a cantilever etc. HR asked personal questions that were not related to the job.

Interview
Basic personal details asked. Then an upload of curriculum vitae is asked alongside a cover letter. Finally, one question will be asked before the submission of the application. The questions which was asked to me was "What interests you about this role?"
