It was an online interview over teams with two senior engineers at Stantec, one being the Scotland process team lead and the other being a senior specialist in water treatment. Was quite casual, starting with introductions first.

- one way video interview: basic HR questions like what are your values, why stantec, why this role, when have u been challenged.
-in person interview: Some technical questions, mainly HR questions where you give examples of times u delegated, succeeded, used emotional intelligence (about 10 examples like this).
