After the second interview, I found out they selected a candidate who had a referral from a current employee. It was unfair! I think they mostly select candidate from internal connection.

Describe a situation that you need to handle the project at risk? what was your action
The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable.
They focused on my technical background, learning ability, and how I approach real projects, not just on perfect answers.
I appreciated that they explained the role clearly and gave me a good understanding of the team and the work environment.
Overall, it felt respectful, supportive, and focused on long-term growth.

Question 1
What type of role are you looking for right after graduation?
2 step interview process. First interview was with the hiring manager that is moving out of the role and second interview was with same manager and a few other colleagues.
After the second interview, I was ghosted. All emails and phone calls to the recruiter have been unanswered. The team seems pretty nice but previous reviews stated that the same team/department also ghosted them after the interviews.
