The first part of the interview was a group panel interview with managers and team leads with a few exercises to showcase interviewee personality. Second part of the interview was a telephone interview and the last part consisted of a typing test on Microsoft Word with the grammar and spelling off and listening to mock phone calls to see if the job fits you. If you pass the typing test someone from human resources will interview you that day and offer you a job contingent on passing a 5 year background check.
