Very organized and very communicative. Very professional. They ask you about your capability and availability and then just routine questions about your professional experiences. They also will ask you the same day if they will hired you, sometimes they do hire you on the same they of the interview. They explain to you the job you're applying for and the company benefits.

When you're available to work? Weekends? How much do they paid or pay you on your prior job? (don't tell them, ask them first base on your experience how much are they wiling to pay you) They usually ask you for basic questions like somewhere else.

not long, hired within one week. Behavioral questions. Very nice staff that accommodated to my needs as I transitioned from my previous job. Overall an easy process if you have an answer to all the questions asked.
