I saw the job on another hiring site and tried to apply on State Farm's website directly. I ran into a lot of complications and was not able to submit my application directly as it disappeared off the website after I had 12 hours invested. I was discouraged after hours of work to complete the process. About ten days later I saw the job was still out there so I tried to post again and was able to do so. I was asked to take a test and it was three sections long and had to be done in 48 hours. First section was hardest and there was a timer counting down which was highly distracting. Word of advice here ignor the timer and read everything including fine print. The next section was test about yourself such as do you like to read, how many fictional books in xyz time. These are written to trick you such as, "I will never quit this job". The next section was a timed typing test. After taking the test I called the company to ensure my results were actually my results because a mans name came up when I started to take the test, I just changed it to my name when taking the test. The person was nice at first when she answered the call about the name mishap, then didn't have the time of day for me and was rude when I asked questions about the process. I was really surprised how bad the process felt, how much time I had to invest 22 hours total, and was never really sure the test results were really mine b/c a gentleman's name came up originally.

Long but easy. Interviewer was very kind. 12 minutes test, 2 page long interview questions. Deep talk about future plans, agent likes authenticity. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Was presented job offer
