Interview
You will go through a phone interview and take computer tests. I did not have to go in for an in-person interview. The computer test comprised of both a sills test as well as a personality test.

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
