I applied through university. I interviewed at State Farm
Interview
I had to go through a few rounds of testing, but it was mostly basic stuff and nothing to worry about. I had a phone interview with HR and then I was called into the office for a second round. 5 people interviewed me at once in the office and asked me behavioral interview questions.

Question 1
Nothing out of the ordinary- no technical questions. They asked about leadership and communication skills.
The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
