I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Dunwoody, GA) in Nov 2012
Interview
The entire process for me took about two months, First was the assessements (2parts), secondly my phone interview which was your typical question ( tell me about yourself, why would you be a good fit for the company, give me a time where you had a unhappy customer, what are you able to bring to the company, etc.), third drug test and back ground check, and lastly the acceptance call. Everything was fairly easy it just takes a while to finally join the team. :)
