Phone interview, approximately 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Interviewer asked approximately 5-6 questions. Standard interview, with no real detail specific questions about insurance. Hardest part is getting the interview in the first place.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
