1) I was a summer intern during college and they immediately called me upon graduation advising of a job opening for a bi-lingual claim representative.
2) I went in to take a pre-employment test.
3) I got called back for an interview w/ 2 managers.
4) The same day I left the interview I got called back w/ a job offer.

Group interview - unprofessional in my opinion and very impersonal when the job required you to sit in a cubicle alone on the phone for 7/8 hours. The interview did not explain that every minute of your day would be accounted for and managed

Everything was done via internet and phone. Many people don't get past the online assessment. I recommend that when you're taking that, be in a quiet area so you can focus completely.
