The interview was over the phone. It took about an hour and half and if accepted they send you an email with a link to practice taking calls online. The test is timed and you have to watch a video.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
