I answered a Craigslist ad and was asked to come in for an interview. The agent conducted the interview and it was pretty informal. There weren't any crazy or unexpected questions, and the agent had clearly reviewed experience and wanted to hire me.

There weren't any particularly hard or unexpected questions.
The interview process was via zoom, it was a group interview with three other applicants. The lady that was leading the interview was nice. The interview lasted about 45 minutes

was fine. she asked generic questions and was pretty transparent throughout the whole process. i took the job but it was a good fit for me and i chose to leave. not bad. micro managing my only complaint

Was invited by a recruiter by email to interview. I reach out through linkedIn first. So I thought it would make sense to try it. Overall it was awesome experience 10/10 would intervivew again. Also im writing this as a requirement so please igorne.
