First got a call from the recruiter and had a phone interview. After the phone interview went well, a formal interview was set with a managing attorney. Pretty standard questions and process.

Explain a difficult experience with opposing counsel and how you dealt with it.
Straightforward, made it through multiple rounds. Little length between hearing back but was made aware that they were continuing to interview people and I believe I was given a rough timeline of decisions which was followed.
Fair, straight forward . Spoke with main attorney. Was honest about change and being in person. Questions on hybrid and what new job is like. Support in office and with other attorneys.

Long. Six rounds of interviews over the course of four to five months, including an initial screening interview responding to recorded questions instead of an actual person and some of those rounds including multiple interviews with different panels of people.
