I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied online. Took online competency and psych tests. Rec'd phone call to schedule phone interview screening call. Phone screening interview with an HR person, lasted about 30 minutes. Interviewer was nice, but robotic. Followed script of questions, and did not seem to want to veer off of it and have any normal chatter. These types of interviews where the person does not try to connect with me on any other level are not my forte. Asked to give specific examples "of a time at work when..." There were probably 4-5 of those questions. Then she asked if I had any questions. Again, very nice, but somewhat robotic, so I didn't have a great feeling afterward. A week later rec'd an email that I was not in the running for the job anymore.

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Sandy Springs, Fulton, GA) in Sept 2025
Interview
This was a very drawn out interview process. About 3 months and 3 interviews and they didn’t offer me the position. The recruiter also couldn’t provide any feedback on why I wasn’t chosen. The interviews went well and were straight forward. I work on the plaintiff side at the moment so Im not sure if this is why I didn’t get the job.
First you do a video interview, where you record yourself answering questions. Then, they reach out for an in-person interview before a panel of various job roles in that office
