Pre-recorded interview (five questions), recruiter screen, and then 3-4 hour virtual on-site which involved a behavioral interview, case study/assessment, presentation, and conversation with current employees. The case study involved 30 mins of interpreting an Excel sheet, which was followed by another 30 mins of describing findings to the interviewers.
I found it inappropriate that the lead interviewer began recording the on-site (held on Zoom) without my consent. This was not disclosed to me beforehand (or else I may have opted out), and I wasn't asked if I approved of it (or told why it was being done) before he began recording. He was exploiting the power differential that exists between a manager and candidate, as any interviewee is unlikely to express their discomfort because we don't want that to be a mark against us. When I was given the interview schedule, I'd also asked about a bathroom break because I'm unable to hold my bladder for 3.5 hours due to a medical condition. Although I didn't mention my medical issue, it should've been common sense to add it as all of my other on-sites have included one. I was given literally 2 mins at the end of one conversation to step away, and the interviewer acted like it was a courtesy.
While the process was relatively fast aside from the 2 months it took for them to get back to me, and the company culture seems good, I most likely wouldn't go through it again.
