The application process was initially a simply one. I attended a job fair and was later sent an email to complete an application. At the time there was a need for a bilingual speaker. I took an assessment, had a face to face encounter with a recruiter and then conducted two panel interviews on the same day. The panel consisted of a total of 8 individuals, 4 in each panel. Situation questions were asked and the environment was comfortable.

Group interview - unprofessional in my opinion and very impersonal when the job required you to sit in a cubicle alone on the phone for 7/8 hours. The interview did not explain that every minute of your day would be accounted for and managed

Everything was done via internet and phone. Many people don't get past the online assessment. I recommend that when you're taking that, be in a quiet area so you can focus completely.
