The interview process took two weeks. I applied online and was first contacted by a corporate interviewer. I was asked to take a few tests online which consisted of math/verbal and leadership. Have a calculator handy! I was then contacted for a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. It was very professional and pleasant. I did well because at the end of the call she let me know I would be contacted for an interview by the Agent/Owner for an in-person interview. The interview went well but I feel a was a little misled when I was told I had a lot of certifications and testing I would need to perform the job. I also would have sales quotas as if I were a sales representative. I thought I had interviewed for the office representative position, there seems to be no distinction between the two.

Long but easy. Interviewer was very kind. 12 minutes test, 2 page long interview questions. Deep talk about future plans, agent likes authenticity. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Was presented job offer
