First time I went in, I had to take an IQ/basic skills test as well as a personality test on a computer. Pretty easy stuff. I was contacted to arrange an interview, which I had a week later. It was a 1:1 interview with an HR guy. Pure behavioral interview style. I found it really hard at the time because I had never done a behavioral interview, but in retrospect it probably wasn't that hard.

State Farm conducted a very professional interview. There was an initial interview and then I was called back for a second. I was also given a call prior to the second interview and was able to discuss how the interview would go, which helped me to prepare.

Applied directly on career page, and got a hirevue behavioral assessment 10 days later. A week later HR followed up with phone call to schedule the final interview. Got the response over phone 3 weeks later. Everyone is really friendly and the process isn't intense at all.
