It was honestly a mess! Applied first, received an email to schedule a phone interview. Did so only to have the recruiter email me on a Saturday (after we had already confirmed my phone interview for the following week) and tell me the position was filled. He offered to still interview me but instead for a sales position. I said yes, interviewed, never heard back. A few weeks later I get an email to take some tests. Then I am asked to schedule another phone interview. I do so only to receive an email the morning of asking me to reschedule yet again because my recruiter couldn't do the interview. I did so, the interview seemed to go okay. It was my first phone interview but I don't believe in my heart that I got it. Luckily I have another interview with them for a position that I think would suit me me much better! Good luck to you!

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.
