This is not an interview process, this type of interviews show a blatant lack of consideration for the interviewers time and skills, and showcase the little regards Statefarm has for candidate. If you wish to consider a candidate for an interview, you should at bare minimum talk to them and get to know them. It is completely unacceptable to ask the greatest number of people to spend over an hour doing a video interview. It is just a lack of consideration and respect and should be advertised in the job offer. Statefarm "we have a code of Values but we don't follow them in our hiring practices." A respectful workplace would not be disrespectful for potential new hires in such a way. There are also ethical implication, what becomes of those video interview, I am not one to allow my privacy being abused in such a way.
