Very smooth process and employer was very accomodating to provide answers for any questions about the positions, I felt easy going through the phone call I accepted the offer soon after
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied on 09/08 signed the applicant disclosure on 09/21 ( but there was a slight delay on my end due to me having 2 emails in the system) assessment emailed on 09/24 completed assessment 09/25 scheduled phone interview for 10/12 the interview was simple. The recruiter was very sweet and professional. Just make sure that you do your homework and research the company.
She called at the scheduled time and it lasted about 40 minutes. I did get a little discouraged because when I read other reviews it stated that they were offered the job at the end. I was not, she simply stated that if selected I would get a call or a rejection email. I thought that was the Kiss of Death. Luckily, it wasn't she called me the next business day with a contingent job offer! So if you don'tget the job at the end of the call, please don't get discouraged! Just be patient!
After that I accepted the offer and HireRight did background check and drug test which took about a week and then I received the final offer! Can't wait to start!!
P.S. I just wanted to tell you not give up I applied for State Farm several times and kept getting rejected, but I just kept an eye on the job board and kept applying, and look what happened.
