The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in May 2014
Interview
I submitted a application via the website - StateFarm.com. I received an email to set up a phone interview about two weeks later. I spoke with the HR Representative and asked me general questions and I was offered the position over the phone and given the next steps.

Question 1

Easy quick responsive very interpersonal easy to engage genuine personable I felt like it really gave great insight on who and how I am and how I can benefit the company as a whole
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Richardson, TX) in July 2025
Interview
The interview was pretty simple, they asked basic behavioral health questions and questions regarding your experience and how it will contribute to the position you were applying for. I was offered but declined due to the salary. The experience I had wasn’t worth taking the change for the drop in pay. Interviewer was pretty straight forward advised they would have negotiated pay IF I had auto experience - even though I had 5 years in managing claims and I wouldn’t be managing only customer care.

Question 1
Name a situation where you had to make a difficult decision.
Lengthy and long random questions and typing test. Be prepared that if you pass you’ll have a lot of work and should be able to maintain it. Not for faint of heart.
