I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Richardson, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
Although the interview request came quickly after applying, communication since the interview was non-existent. While State Farm knows how to throw a good Career Fair, they lack in the process after that. They use a kludgy web application that only allows plain text resumes, no opportunity to upload letters of recommendation or supporting material. 4 weeks after the interview the only indication that anything had happened was a change in the application status. No letter, email or phone call indicating selection status. How about treating candidates like people? They might want to be a future customer one day...
