Interview
The process took about 4 week. I took my test and i received an email the next day with my interview date and time. It was set out 2 weeks out. They took us to a conference room with a recruiter and a underwriter service assistant. they went over the basics informed us a little bit about the job. Facebook with us about 30 minutes and then that's when they started calling us one by one there were about 14 of us. the interview was with a hiring manager and a supervisor.they made me feel very comfortable. 10 days later I received a contingent offer letter. I've already taking my drug test they do a thorough background check so make sure all of the information that providr on your resume is accurate because they do verify that information. Just go in with a positive attitude. I was very nervous. Make sure you answer the question in STAR format.

Interview
I applied for the position 06/28/2014 and receive an email on 07/02/14 to take their pre employment testing within 7 days. I completed the tests online which consisted of data entry, mock customer service call and a survey, this process took about an hour and 45 minutes. After that I got an email on 07/03/14 telling me congrats on my competitive results and that a hr rep would contact me if I was selected to interview for the position. 07/30/14 I receive an email inviting me to interview for the position on 08/05/14. I go in for the interview and they did a small intro telling about the position and the pay which was $30,000 for a lot of work and when the job started which was 09/30/14. After that their was an interview with one of the hiring managers which was 30 mins long the manager asked the usual behavioral questions: example tell me a time you dealt with a diffcult customer and how did you resolve it. After a few weeks I checked the website and it states "hiring manager still reviewing" and it said that all the way till the position was supposed to start and never was updated. Anyways I never received a rejection email or anything. Was a waste of my time.
