I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Dunwoody, GA) in Oct 2012
Interview
The interview was a piece of cake. Just like any other interview. The questions are based off of situations and how you adapt and handle adversities. Be honest and have enthusiasm. Make sure to research the company and try to fit the mission statement in there somewhere.

Question 1
When was a time you had to deal with a difficult co worker and how did you handle it?
Easy quick responsive very interpersonal easy to engage genuine personable I felt like it really gave great insight on who and how I am and how I can benefit the company as a whole
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Richardson, TX) in July 2025
Interview
The interview was pretty simple, they asked basic behavioral health questions and questions regarding your experience and how it will contribute to the position you were applying for. I was offered but declined due to the salary. The experience I had wasn’t worth taking the change for the drop in pay. Interviewer was pretty straight forward advised they would have negotiated pay IF I had auto experience - even though I had 5 years in managing claims and I wouldn’t be managing only customer care.

Question 1
Name a situation where you had to make a difficult decision.
Lengthy and long random questions and typing test. Be prepared that if you pass you’ll have a lot of work and should be able to maintain it. Not for faint of heart.
