I had to take an online skills test, which was stressful because I have test anxiety. But I passed. Then I got contacted via email for a phone interview. Then I got called for the interview and was given details about the job, got asked some stereotypical interview questions, and got an email with further information about the job

Interview
The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview
Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
