State Farm Multiline Representative interview questions

I had applied through a temp agency to hire. went through a drug test and background check. Then I sat down with him. He asked me questions about how do I want to help customers. What I see myself doing in 10 years etc. Then I had to take a test for math and did a written portion. For me since I was his first hire it was only him interviewing. Now hes making all his staff sit in (4 people) on the interview to see if youre a good fit.
