I was emailed about an opening at their company after applying myself. I then waited about 2 weeks before they denied me any further interviews and without properly explaining why. Hire 70% matches and train the gap. That or normalize telling a person why you did not hire them.

There is a phone interview with a recruiter followed by an in-person interview with an assistant vice president at State Street. I applied twice on their company. I received no reply for months the first time around, but received an opportunity to have an interview with someone from HR within a couple days of applying the second time around.
