Applied online took me about 2 weeks to get a phone call to scheduled a interview. HR interview for about 20mins for behavioural questions and then two team managers interview for about a hour. Most of the questions are behavioural questions. What is your strength and weakness. Why you applied this job etc.

Straightforward, interviewers were nice and typically you’re in charge after you enter the company. Not too difficult if you know your basics and have a strong foundation. No weird test of morals whatsoever.

The interview was split into two parts - soft skill Talk and accounting knowledge session. The interview itself was lead in two languages: soft skills were in local language (polish), the accounting part in foreign (english).
