I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Quincy, MA) in Aug 2018
Interview
It began with two phone interviews. The first phone interview was with a recruiter, the second with the hiring manager. I was then invited down a for an in-person interview where I met with the hiring manager again, and another person.
They never gave me an answer. I got back in touch with them a few times to check on the status of the job, and was told I was still in the running. I never heard from them again. I guess that's a response in and of itself, but I would not have pegged State Street as the kind of organization that invites candidates for interviews and ghosts them afterward.
