The process was fluid and efficient. HR was very quick to respond to the application. Interviewed with a member of the team I applied to.
The interviewer was straightforward, based around behavioral questions as well as an understanding of State Street's business.

Very by the book, generic. Standard interview process with expected questions. Personality and ability to work with others not prioritized. Interview consisted of meeting with 3 current employees; apparent there was minimal communication between interviewers.
