I applied through the company website and six days later I get a call and there and then I have a phone interview, which was very basic as it included questions about my work experience and qualifications, but I was asked about the State Street and what they do, so be prepared for this, but I personally wasn't expected to know too much as I had no notice of the interview therefore no time to prepare, but overall call lasted only 30 minutes and interviewer that conducted the interview told me all about the interview process, i.e. what will happen in round 2 and 3 of the interview stages. Later that day, I received an email alerting me that I was scheduled for second round interview the next day and the email also included a document detailing the job description, this interview was broken into 3 sections, (1) Work experience and Education (2) Technical Questions i.e. basic financial concepts (3) Behavioural Questions. You will be asked what you know about State Street again and it is important to know what they do as it shows you are interested in working for them. Once all the questions are asked you will be given the opportunity to voice as queries or questions, this call lasted one hour. I haven't heard anything back yet about the 3rd stage but I was told I would have to wait about 3 weeks.
