The questions are quite general for phone interview. They ask about current salary and expected salary. Expectation of Job . Reason for leaving current job. Why I am interested to apply this position. What my boss say about me? The weakness and how i improve it? How to work with ppl with different opinion.

Wil your boss try to retain you, if yes, how will u talk to him?
The interview process was fairly smooth. not many technical questions, mostly behavioral. overall the interview process wasn't too bad and difficult as i expected it was going to be. There was no technical hard questions only behavioral questions.
Straight forward 2 round interviews. Usual HR screening and Skills interview. Passed it fairly easily. Recommend doing some skills interview practice. Give as much as practical experience examples with Star approach.
The first stage is a phone interview with HR in English.
Next, a meeting with managers is scheduled. The meeting takes place online, and typical investment banking questions are asked like what is fund, forex ...
