I was told the process involves 2 stages. HR arranged 1st stage online interview. Questions about your experience and career, competency questions.
3 weeks, no response or update, emailed HR, no response. Need improvement on communication and how recruitment is managed from HR. Also heard only one application is ever viewed at a time, which is unfortunate, as other teams or depts may proceed faster than others for the recruitment process.
It was 2 rounds with basic and advance tech questions. Followed by HR round where negotiated with my expectation. I joined with 1 week of induction and later onboarded to project

The interview process included 2 rounds, technical with the hiring manager and HR discussion. The key areas of discussion included overview of my education, soft skills and hands on experience in previous jobs.

Process straightforward. Asked questions concerning background. Conversation was mainly about role and responsibilities and where this will be future state. Interview was 45 min with a 2nd interview for another 45 min.
