Interview
This was an internal move and I interviewed with two individuals, of which I it turned out I did not work with in any capacity on the job. They asked about 8 questions, 6 of them being behavioral if my memory serves me right.
Really straight forward interview. First interview was over the phone and after 2 weeks got an in person interview with two employees. Not that hard just have to stand out.

Behavioral Type Questions and Resume. Wanted to ensure that candidate was right fit for group rather than had excessive qualifications. Consisted of a phone interview with HR and an interview with two more senior employees.
